A nomination period just started on the Senate to determine the final list of candidates in the upcoming election for Fleet Commander-in-Chief. Per Article 5.2 of the Fleet Constitution, any player having held a Fleet Rank of Captain for a minimum of 1 year can be nominated. To be effective, a nomination needs to be called by a current Senator, seconded by another and accepted by the nominee.
