Sixth Fleet awards commendations for 5 1/2 year anniversary
In the past months, we have had several struggling sims and several among us have stepped up to take these challenges in stride, returning these sims to their former and now even greater glory; as such Commodore Mark Hyacinth (USS Oberon), Commodore Piotr Mierzejewski (USS Hyperion), and Captain Reece Savage (USS Lancelot) are hereby awarded the Croix d’Guerre for their work breathing new life into flailing simulations.
Captain Matt Antrobus is hereby promoted to the rank of Commodore for his dedication and service to the Fleet in his role of Academy Commandant.
Captain Brett Gann, for taking on the challenges of a renewed department and making the Sixth Fleet Communications Department come alive, you are hereby awarded the Starfleet Star.
Commodore Dave Patterson, for your tireless work with the USS Pegasus and elsewhere, you are hereby awarded the Sixth Fleet Cluster.
Admiral Kreg Asay, you are hereby awarded the Commander-in-Chief Distinguished Order for past and present service to the Fleet and Senate, including the creation of the Department of Creative Resources and tenure as head of the Design and Development Bureau.
Commodore Rick van der Velden, for your past and present dedication to the Fleet and especially in your new role as Chief of Personnel Administration, you are hereby awarded the Commander-in-Chief Distinguished Order.
Commodore James Slattery, for consistently running one of the best simulations in the Fleet, for your support and advice in the role of DCinC, you are hereby awarded the Sixth Fleet Cluster.
