Lancelot Instrumental in Preservation of Romulans

When the Beta Quadrant star Hobus showed signs of prematurely going nova, Romulan authorities reached out to the Federation with requests for immediate aid. A large task force was quickly dispatched from Starbase 718 to aid in the mass evacuation of Romulus, though events did not unfold as planned upon arrival. Upon taking orbit and beginning the evacuation, sensors indicated that Hobus had indeed gone nova, though the velocity of the resultant shockwave was entirely unexpected.

Task Force 1 awards USS Lancelot the Meritorious Unit Citation

Captain Anthony Wittrock, Task Force 1 Advisor, has awarded the USS Lancelot and her players the Meritorious Unit Citation for their mission "e tu, Remus?", which recorded 53 posts and joint posts and contained fantastic storytelling and character development.

Sixth Fleet awards commendations for 5 1/2 year anniversary

Colonial communications changed

Dunedin, New Zealand (FNN) - The digital telecommunication and media arm of Starfleet Communications have reported that command and personnel email servers within the Starfleet garrison on Dorvan V have been hacked into by an unknown source. While Starfleet Security is investigating, Fleet Admiral Sam Jones has approved new telecommunication strategies to be put in place.

Dilithium on Dorvan 5

Lake Anvil, Dorvan (AP) - The entire colony of Dorvan 5 is abuzz with excitement after news arrived that they are sitting on untapped quantities of dilithium. The discovery was made by Zak Noris, a third-year geologist student on a field trip from Bajor, and has resulted in the local Starfleet garrison to mobilise its science staff to look into these findings.
